Prophetic Word Spoken over The Secret Place July 2007

“Don’t get distracted in this season. Don’t lose sight of what I’ve shown you. There is plenty to do without taking on the burden of others. Yours is the only destiny you need to fulfill. Theirs is their responsibility. Run your race. That’s all. I’ve given you grace, responsibility and revelation for your course, not theirs. Just be you. That’s all I require of you. Walk free. I am in charge of your success, your time, your schedule. Don’t be pressured by outside forces. Dwell in the secret place. Dwelling with Me here is success. It is victory. It is fulfilling My will. This is the life I’ve called you to. Rest in Me. Rejoice in My fellowship, raising up others in your home to find the same freedom in My presence. It’s a joyous life. A peaceful life. Just rest in Me and let Me carry the burden. Let Me do the work, the hard work. You just live a life in My presence. Live with a heart after Me, and ear inclined to My voice, eyes opened to My spirit. Be my friend. That is your high calling. Your destiny. Your invitation. It really is that simple. Obedience is easy when you dwell with Me. Following instruction is simple when My strength is pulsing through your veins. Let me be God. You rest in My care, My wisdom, My strength. That’s your job. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. This is life, to dwell in the secret place of the Most High. To hide under My wings and laugh with me. To rest with Me. To sing with Me. Be mine, will you? Just mine. My treasure. My precious one. For My pleasure. For My enjoyment. For My approval. Only Mine. Have you heard such an invitation in all the earth? Have you been invited to such a life of peace elsewhere? Has any man held out such an offer to you? Captivity will never free you. Striving will never satisfy. Rest and rejoice. This is My will for you, My desire for you. Be Mine, only Mine.”

“You will be a desert rose. One who displays My beauty in a desolate land. For the water is not plentiful to the naked eye. It does not run along the surface of the earth, to water every shrub and bush. But the rose digs deep in the soil to tap the hidden resevoir beneath.”
